RETURN POLICY

Here are the steps you need to follow to send any items back to us:

1. Access our online returns portal.

2. Log in using the following details - your order number (including the #); your zip code; your full name (as shown on the shipping label).

3. Enter the requested details on the next page.

4. Print the return label once generated.

5. Wrap your item/s & the completed return form.

6. Securely attach the return label.

7. Take your parcel to your local depot and pay the postage fee.

warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within those days (not delivered) ! * Please make sure to contact us in order to receive a Return Authorization Number PRIOR to shipping the item(s) back. * All custom engraving items are final sale. Warranty is still valid for any non-accidental, manufacturer defects or items damaged on arrival. * All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them. * Customers are responsible for return postage costs. * Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
